This place is deceptively huge. It merges a furniture store, antique and general decor and gift store. The antique side of the house is made up of numerous "individual booths" offering up various collectibles and some antiques in an array of displays. Some have a theme but most are just full of memories and cool stuff. The furniture side of things offer vast variety of recliners some of which you can customize. They sell beds and other items, such as desks, tables and lamps. There is a ton to see so book some time to see what this place has to offer. Stuff is on the expensive side but worthy of a visit.

The customer service at Herman's was friendly, everybody was welcomed and treated like family. One of my favorites was the candles in the room sprays

There is a broad collection of oddball curiosities for sale in this expansive building, with it's multiple levels, rickety staircases, and large atrium.

Not a bad place to look around and kill time. A little on the pricey side but lots of nice things. My daughter had a field day with the candles and lotions. The oldest furniture store in Texas that has a general store in it as well. A lot bigger than I thought from the outside.

The dear ladies on the gift shop side were the sweetest ever! We’re in town for a bull sale, and stopped in on a whim. We found several treasures, and we felt all were more than reasonably priced. There’s a little something for everyone, and the customer service absolutely cannot be beat! Hermann’s will definitely be a stop any time the Lord brings us back to Brenham!

Historic building, historic business. Whether you want modern or traditional, there will be something for you. Lots of decorative items for every room. Don't like new. Check out the antiques. Not sure what you want? Plenty people there to help.

I’m absolutely in love with this store. The beautiful showroom and unusual merchandise makes this a shoppers’ paradise and the stunning and creative displays are fascinating to behold. You will leave bursting with inspiration. Home and tabletop decor, jewelry, custom furnishings, food items, antiques, children’s boutique… honestly! This store has it all in spades! And the owner, Jennifer Hermann, is a Texas treasure. Do not miss visiting Hermann's for every holiday and seasonal change. It’s divine.

Hermann Furniture is a great place to shop around. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I wish I could say the same about the Hermann Emporium side. I was shopping with my husband, mother-in-law and 3 year old daughter. The woman tending the shop treated my daughter like a vagrant, following her around and taking toys out of her hand. She is so well behaved and was very confused and embarrassed by this over zealous employee who single handedly ruined the experience for all of us. Because of the poor treatment and attitude we received from her, I cannot recommend that anyone shop here.
