Everyone has had different experiences. I moved here to Bryan, TX from FL in May 2022. BISD has been very attentive with my children's transfer since the moment I registered them. I wish I would of wrote down the names of all those who have helped me. the first school my kids attended and still is Anson Jones El. and it is by far the best school my kids could have attended. Everyone has been amazing! to the therapist that have helped my children thank you so much and all the amazing teachers in this school!

So apparently hundreds of thousands of students a day across Texas are wrongfully marked absent for being in sports and athletics. You take your kid to a track meet watch her perform for the schools benefit for literally hours in the sun. Having to sit under the bleachers in the mud and filth because their isnt enough room. As a Thank You for your effort they mark them ABSENT and just hope it clears itself up later. The head principle will violate your privacy when you call to complain about it. And then seemingly threaten retaliation against your kid if you don't like it. Ive got the emails!

In my experiences dealing with the BISD, it is so much injustice, especially with the faculty. It is as if parents and students do not have any rights at times. They are partial. If your student happens to get in trouble, there may not be justice for him or her. The system is so corrupt and laxed, especially dealing with tougher circumstances. Why deal with children, if you do not like them or you do not have the patients for them. The faculty prefer the easy way out. It is stupid to work with children when you have no patients and no tolerance for them. You prefer to suspend them or kick them out. Those are stupid decsions. The adminstration thinks that just because they are in authority, they think they can bully the children. Parents please stand up for your children. Even if there is one or two, we can make a difference.
